1. Operator and acceptance
Morocco Retirement Readiness is operated by [Legal company name, Estonian registry code, and registered address required before commercial launch]. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. Educational scope
The service provides educational estimates and relocation-planning information. It does not provide legal, tax, immigration, investment, insurance, financial, or medical advice and does not create a professional-client relationship. Consult qualified professionals and official authorities before acting.
Costs, exchange rates, healthcare access, insurance, tax rules, and immigration requirements can change. We do not guarantee residency approval, savings, investment results, insurance eligibility, healthcare access, or the availability of a particular property or provider.
3. Prices and payments
Prices and included services are shown before checkout. The payment processor handles card details. Taxes, where applicable, are shown or handled through checkout and invoicing.
4. Digital report refunds
You may cancel for a full refund before personalized report generation or delivery begins. If a report is duplicated, materially defective, corrupted, or not delivered, contact support@retireinmorocco.com; we will replace it or provide a full refund.
After a personalized report has been generated and made available, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory statutory rights.
Refund requests should include the purchasing email and receipt reference. We aim to respond within five business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
5. Consultation cancellation and rescheduling
You may cancel a consultation at least 48 hours before its scheduled start for a full refund. You may reschedule once without charge by giving at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
Requests made less than 24 hours before an appointment and missed appointments are ordinarily non-refundable. If we cancel or cannot provide the consultation, you may choose a prompt reschedule or a full refund. Contact support@retireinmorocco.com.
6. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful content. The site, assessment methodology, reports, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. A purchased report is licensed for personal, non-commercial use.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or for decisions made from educational estimates. Aggregate liability relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount paid for that service. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Estonian law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Courts and dispute-resolution bodies have jurisdiction as provided by applicable law.
